Pre-Orders & Cancellations

At PROJECTSELF, some of our items are available for pre-order, meaning they are made to order and produced after the pre-order period ends.

Pre-Order Processing & Shipping

  • Pre-orders require additional production time. The estimated delivery time is 4-6 weeks after the pre-order period has ended.
  • If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order will be shipped once all items are available.

Cancellation Policy for Pre-Orders

  • Customers may cancel their pre-order before the pre-order period ends and receive a full refund.
  • Once production has started, pre-orders cannot be canceled or refunded, as each item is custom-made for the customer.
