Return & Refund Policy – PROJECTSELF

1. Returns

We want you to love your PROJECTSELF items, but if you're not satisfied, you can return them within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including tags and packaging).
  • We do not accept returns on custom-made or personalized items.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

To start a return, please email support@prjctself.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If the item is damaged or defective, we will provide a full refund, including shipping costs.

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, please contact us at support@prjctself.com .

3. Exchanges

Need a different size or color? You can exchange your item within 14 days. Just return the original item, and once received, we will send out the new one.

Note: Exchanges depend on stock availability.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items
  • Custom/personalized items

5. How to Return Your Item

If you would like to return an item, please contact us at support@prjctself.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number and reason for return in your message.

We will provide you with the return address and further instructions.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen return shipments.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of equal value, subject to availability.
If the requested item is out of stock, you can choose to receive a refund or store credit instead.
