Shipping Policy – PROJECTSELF

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to 40 countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at support@prjctself.com to check availability.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Pre-orders: Since our pre-order items are made to order, they require additional production time before shipping. Expect a delivery time of 4-6 weeks from the end of the pre-order period.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Methods & Costs

    Domestic Shipping (netherlands)

    • Shipping cost: €6,95 per order.

    • Estimated delivery time: Up to 5 business days.

    International Shipping

    • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

    • Estimated delivery time: 3–10 business days, depending on the destination.

    Free Shipping on Orders Over €120

    • Orders over €120 qualify for free shipping (where applicable).

    Important Note:
    Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (e.g., customs processing, weather conditions, or courier delays).


    4. Pre-Orders & Production Time

    • Pre-order items are made to order, which means they are produced only after the pre-order period ends.
    • Production and shipping together take approximately 4-6 weeks.
    • If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order will be shipped once all items are available.

    5. International Shipping & Customs

    • Customers outside The Netherlands are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes required by their country.
    • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

    6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

    • Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
    • If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
    • If your order arrives damaged, contact us at support@prjctself.com within 48 hours with photos of the damage.

    7. Address Errors

    • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
    • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

    8. Order Tracking

    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through the carrier’s website.
